Joanne has over 10 years of self practice in yoga, she holds a B.A. in Psychology and is a certified Women’s Circle Facilitator, Rocket Yoga Teacher, Prenatal Yoga Teacher and Plant Medicine. She focuses on deep energy work like tantra, womb work, shadow work, somatic release and energy cleansings in order to help women transform and guide them back to their power, self worth and intuition.

Prenatal yoga offers a safe and supportive space for mothers-to-be to connect with their growing baby while caring for their changing body. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and restorative postures, this practice helps ease common pregnancy discomforts, build strength and flexibility, and prepare the body and mind for labor and birth.
